As a Muslim, I believe that our partners in this life are pre-destined because God knows all and therefore He knows beforehand who we will be married to.
In Heaven, we are told through the Qur'aan the following for the believers who make it there:

As Muslims, we believe that Heaven will have every good thing of this life times a thousand which makes it a very promised abode for those who did good deeds in this life.
